In short: We only collect what we need to send your order and answer your questions. We never sell your information.

What we collect

• When you order: checkout is handled by PayPal. PayPal collects your name, email, shipping address and payment details and shares the order details (not your full card number) with us.
• When you email us: your email address and whatever you choose to write.
• When you visit the site: like most websites, our web host keeps basic server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

To process and ship your order, send order and tracking emails, handle returns, answer your messages, and keep records required for taxes and accounting. If you ask to join our list, we'll email you about new pieces, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

Who we share it with

• PayPal, to take payments securely (PayPal's privacy policy).
• Our shipping carrier, to deliver your order.
• Our web host, which stores the site and its server logs.
• Google Fonts, which supplies the fonts on this site; your browser connects to Google to load them.

We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it for anyone else's advertising.

Cookies

This website itself doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. PayPal's checkout pages may use cookies to process payments and prevent fraud.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as we need them for shipping, returns and tax purposes, and delete what we no longer need.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@vbntcopper.com. Some order records may need to be kept for legal or tax reasons.

Children

Our shop is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
