Shipping

In short: Free shipping on every U.S. order. We pack and ship within 1–3 business days.

Cost

Shipping is free on all orders to U.S. addresses. There are no hidden fees at checkout.

When your order ships

We pack and ship orders within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, not counting U.S. holidays). Once it ships, we'll email you a tracking number.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive about 3–5 business days after they ship. The carrier sets the final delivery date, so we can't guarantee it, but we'll always help if a package is running late.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only, including APO/FPO addresses.

Your address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away at hello@vbntcopper.com; we can fix it if the order hasn't shipped yet.

Lost or damaged packages

If tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, or it arrives damaged, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order email and a photo if possible. We'll work with you on a replacement or refund.
