Returns & Refunds

In short: Return unworn items within 30 days of delivery. You pay return shipping unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong one. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

30-day returns

If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging. Sets should be returned complete.

How to return

  1. Email hello@vbntcopper.com with your name, the email you used at checkout and what you'd like to return.
  2. We'll reply with the return address.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it back. We recommend a tracked shipping service, since we can't refund items that never reach us.

Return shipping

You pay for return shipping, unless the item arrived defective or damaged, or we sent the wrong item. In those cases, email us a photo and we'll cover the return or send a replacement.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we've checked it, we'll refund you to your original payment method through PayPal, usually within 5 business days. Your bank or card company may take another 5–10 business days to show it. Since shipping to you was free, there's nothing deducted for it.

Exchanges

For a different style, the quickest way is to return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Normal copper changes

Copper naturally darkens and develops a patina as you wear it, and it can leave a temporary mark on skin. That's normal for copper and isn't a defect, but if you're unsure about anything, just ask us.
